Terms and Conditions
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 2 business days. International orders are generally received in under 10 days- although this varies according to the delivery destination.
Most orders place before 12 noon are dipatched on the same day (Monday to Friday).
If your item is not in stock, we will email you before deciding how to proceed.
Taxable items have 17.5% VAT (sales tax) added ; VAT is not added to export orders).
Any credit card details you entered are transmitted over a secure (SSL) link and stored using 128-bit encryption. Click Skin Essentials does not have access to or holds any of your credit card details.
We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee if they are returned unopened. For reasons of hygiene opened cosmetic items cannot normally be returned unless they are faulty. In addition, customers from the European Union are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm

We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
Delivery Charges
All UK packages are sent free 1st Class Post unless otherwise stated. Some heavier products carry a small additional charge. We always get Proof of Posting Receipts, but we recommend that pakages over the value of £36.00 are sent by recordered or special delivery.
All pakages sent overseas are sent by Royal Mail AirMail. Although we always get a Proof of Posting Receipt, we a recommend that pakages over £39.00 in value are sent by Royal Mail AirSure (tracked and recorded).
We cannot accept any resposibility or liabilty for non receipt of goods except when we cannot prove that your package was sent.
If you require your order to be sent by courier, we have an account with UPS. This gives a substantial discount on their published rates, which we are happy to pass on to you.
Please note that all export orders outside Europe/EEC are sent VAT Free- the VAT is deducted form our stated prices at check out. We always declare the full cost contents (excluding Delivery Charges) on the customs slip sent with the package.
