We only sell products that we use ourselves and in our Clinic Treatments. We are happy to give professional advice on the use of any of the products we sell.

We send all orders by the next working day via Royal Mail, unless you are advised otherwise.
If you require an order to be sent to a different address than your payment address, you may not be fully protected - please check with your Card Operator for full details. We reserve the right to send an order only to the registered Card address.
Free UK Delivery on all orders! We recommend you select Royal Mail Recorded Delivery for all orders over £39.00.
All orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class Standard delivery or as you have selected at checkout.
Please allow 3-5 working days after despatch to receive your order.
Special Delivery/ Next Day
·If you require your order by 1pm the next working day then please select the Special Delivery service on the checkout page.
·This service has an extra charge and your order must be placed before midday on the previous working day. Special Deliveries for arrival on Saturdays are subject to additional costs.
·All International orders sent in The EU are despatched by Royal Mail Airmail. For orders
over £39.00 we advise you select Royal Mail International Signed For.
We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement, on all goods returned to us within fourteen days of your receipt of goods. Provided they are in their original, unopened and unused condition.
How to return an Order
Please include full details of your customer order number, together with details of the items you want to return. Tell us why you want to return the order, and whether you want a refund or replacement.
We will email back an Order Return Reference Number.
Then return your package by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, retaining your recorded delivery receipt as proof of postage. All goods must be wrapped securely in the same outer packaging in which you received them.

All returned goods will be examined upon receipt. As for reasons of hygiene we appreciate if the replacements or exchanges are not opened or used goods. We will process your return as quickly as possible and will notify you by email once your refund, replacement or exchange has been processed.
Your payment for the goods will be refunded – if that is what is agreed- as soon as possible by the original payment method, no later than 30 working days after we have received the goods.
If the goods are faulty, we will refund in full –including any postage costs you have incurred in returning the goods. If you are returning for other reasons, we reserve the right to deduct the postage charges we incurred in sending the order and a handling fee of 5% of the order value before issuing a refund.
In accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive, you are entitled to cancel your order at any time within 7 days of receiving your goods. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of the period of 7 working days beginning with the day after the day on which you received the goods. If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, please email us a notice of cancellation to admin@ClickSkinEssentials.com and return the goods to us; We appreciate if they are in their original, unopened and unused condition.
